You can browse free even if you have Php0.00 remaining load in your SIM.
Instructions:
1.Create an Access point.
SETTINGS --> MORE --> MOBILE NETWORKS --> ACCESS POINT NAMES --> 'press menu button' --> choose "NEW APN" and follow these configuration
NAME: any name you want
APN: www.globe.com.ph
PROXY: 203.177.42.214
PORT: 8080
APN TYPE: default
2. Leave other settings untouched and save.
3. Set it as your default connection
4. Download this apk file. Opera Mini
5. Install the apk file.
6. Open and there will be an in-app install
7. Click accept
8. Look for the SETTINGS --> ADVANCE and set protocol to "http".
Tip: set image quality to low in settings and turn off homepage in SETTINGS>ADVANCE for faster internet.
